2024 3.0 Duramax Problems. Now my truck has a check engine light with a message of check engine emissions system. New to the ideal of a diesel and have a few questions.

Last night while driving home, the engine started bucking at 45mph. Based on my research online it appears the entire cab has to be removed to fix this and it’s very expensive from a labor standpoint.
